Simone Miller (née Snifnadel) is a chef, caterer, and cookbook author based in San Francisco. She specializes in gluten-free and paleo recipes. Miller worked in top restaurants in New York and Connecticut before relocating to San Francisco in 2007. She has built a career there as a personal chef while also launching Zenbelly, a gluten-free catering company specializing in paleo food. Miller traces her passion for good food back to her mother’s kitchen, which she describes as one of the best kitchen’s in America. She blogs at zenbelly.com.
